Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods (like launches or sales), processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience!
Transit Times
We ship worldwide! Transit times vary based on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.
Address Corrections and Cancellations
Need to make a change? We get it — things happen!

Address Corrections: If you entered the wrong shipping address, email us at saintanaswim@gmail.com ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.

Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that, it’s likely being packed and we may not be able to catch it in time.
Receiving Damaged Items
Oh no! If your item arrives damaged, please email saintanaswim@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll make it right.
